Blue Bombers Announce Winner in Small Business Showcase presented by Manitoba Chambers of Commerce

WINNIPEG, MB., May 12, 2022 – The Winnipeg Blue Bombers and Manitoba Chambers of Commerce are pleased to announce that My Gym St. Vital is the winner of the Small Business Showcase presented by Manitoba Chambers of Commerce.

My Gym St. Vital was chosen out of the five finalists and is the winner of a Blue Bombers sponsorship package (value of $50,000) for the 2022 season. To win the grand prize, each of the finalists were asked to submit a two-minute video pitch on why their company is the most deserving.

“Once again we had great videos sent in from the top five finalists showcasing their Manitoba businesses”, said President and CEO, Wade Miller. “It wasn’t an easy decision, but we are excited to announce that My Gym St. Vital is our 2022 winner.”

To be eligible, a business had to be a for-profit company whose principal place of business is located in Manitoba and has less than 50 full-time employees.

All eligible entries received during the submission period were judged on the following criteria: Involvement and value the business brings to the Manitoba community, sponsorship category is a good fit to partner with the Winnipeg Blue Bombers, and completion of the application.
