Search ‘Winnipeg Blue Bombers’ in your app store
*THE GOLD APP IS OLD AND NO LONGER ACTIVE, THE BLUE APP IS THE CURRENT VERSION. Remember to have the blue icon app as this is the most up-to-date version.
Logging in
Once you’re logged into the app, and when you tap ‘Tickets’, you’ll be asked to log into your ticketing account (which can be different from your app login)
Viewing Tickets
Launching the app will bring you to the home screen. From here, you can click the ticket icon in the bottom right corner to view your tickets.
Sign in to your Ticketmaster account. If you don’t have a Ticketmaster account, you can sign up on the Blue Bombers Account Manager.
Select the event you’d like to view.
Tap “View Barcode” to display a scannable barcode that you can use for entry at the gate.
Adding your tickets to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet also allows you to easily access them from your lock screen and save them for offline access.
Transfer Tickets
In the Winnipeg Blue Bombers app, find the tickets you’d like to transfer under ‘Tickets’.
When viewing a ticket, you have the option in the app to Transfer using the button shown below the ticket. Tap that to begin.
Select the seats you’d like to transfer, then tap “Transfer To” in the bottom-right corner.
If you know the email address or phone number of the person you’re sending to, tap “Manually Enter a Recipient”.
Enter their contact information in this Transfer window and tap “Transfer Ticket” in the bottom-right corner. Your recipient will then receive an email from Ticketmaster with instructions to claim their transferred ticket.
Receiving Tickets
When someone transfers game day tickets to you, you’ll receive them in an email or text
• Email: Select ‘Accept Tickets’
• Text: Click the link to open your Account Manager and accept your tickets
Sign into your Winnipeg Blue Bombers Account Manager or create an account if you do not have one
• The email address the ticket was sent to must match the address on your account in order to claim your tickets
Select ‘My Events’
Select a game and your scannable bar code will appear
