In football, a huddle is an action of a team gathering together, usually in a tight circle to strategize, motivate or celebrate. It’s time we get back to this, so we are taking the huddle virtual for amateur football coaches to connect with Winnipeg Blue Bomber Coaches for the opportunity to learn, tell stories, motivate and celebrate the great game of football.
QB Fundamental SKILLS & DRILLS
Condell joins the Blue Bombers after spending 2024-25 as the offensive coordinator with the Ottawa Redblacks and brings 15 years of Canadian Football League coaching experience with five different teams.
Condell began his CFL career with the Blue Bombers in 1997 and has experience with the Renegades, Roughriders, Tiger-Cats, and Argonauts.
RB Fundamental SKILLS & DRILLS
Jason Hogan returns in 2026 for his fifth season with the Blue Bombers. He served as the running backs coach from 2022-24 before becoming offensive coordinator in 2025.
Hogan played an important role in Brady Oliveira’s rise to stardom, helping him capture consecutive rushing titles and the CFL’s Most Outstanding Player award in 2024.
DB Fundamental SKILLS & DRILLS
Richie Hall returns to the Blue Bombers in 2026 for his 11th season with the club. A legendary figure in the CFL, Hall spent eight years as the defensive coordinator through 2023 and now serves as a defensive assistant.
LB Fundamental SKILLS & DRILLS
James Stanley enters his ninth year with the Bombers. Promoted to Director of Football Analytics and Linebacker Coach in 2022, Stanley has been a key architect of the team’s defensive success.
He was part of the staff for the championship runs in 2019 and 2021, and five consecutive Grey Cup appearances.

Brandon Alexander played for the Winnipeg Blue Bombers from 2017 until 2024 and now serves as a Community Ambassador for the organization. In this role, his focus is on helping grow the game of football across both the city of Winnipeg and the province of Manitoba.
