Sip, stroll, sample and socialize with Blue Bombers players, coaches and legends at the inaugural Taste of the Blue Bombers event.
Be part of this exciting inaugural event where local restaurants will compete to prepare the best game day fare. Fans in attendance will have the opportunity to vote on their favourite dish (presentation, taste & theme) and enjoy a festive night at IG Field featuring delicious food from local restaurants, beverages, and music.
Guests will be able to enjoy small plates at each stop along their journey around the concourse.

Frequently Asked Questions
How much food can I expect to receive?
From each participating restaurant you will receive a small plate. For example, it may be a slider or other few bites option.
Can I visit restaurants multiple times?
You will be allowed to visit each restaurant one time only. You will receive an event passport and receive a stamp from each restaurant once you have visited.
I have allergies, will these be accommodated?
Unfortunately, in an event of this nature restaurants will not be able to customize orders to accommodate allergies. Each restaurant will have one signature game day fare item prepared and will not be able to make special items to accommodate specific allergies/preferences.
Who are the participating restaurants?
These will be announced as the event approaches, stay tuned!
What do I get if I purchase a VIP ticket?
With the purchase of a VIP ticket, you will be invited to attend a VIP reception from 5:30 to 6:30 PM in the Pinnacle Club. You will receive some additional food items and have early access to meet some players and alumni.
What will my drink tickets be valid for?
With the purchase of your Taste of the Blue Bombers Ticket you will receive two drink tickets valid for a 355ml beer/cooler OR 1 oz. house liquor OR a Pepsi beverage.
What Players will be present?
With this event taking place in training camp, we are unable to confirm which players will be in attendance however you can expect to meet some players for our 2023 Winnipeg Blue Bombers along with some Bomber Alumni.
Are there any special Taste of the Blue Bombers merchandise items?
Yes, there will be an exclusive Taste of the Blue Bombers apron available for purchase for $29.99.
Will I receive a physical event ticket?
No, you will use your mobile ticket to enter this event similar to Blue Bombers games.
