Winnipeg Blue Bombers announce new local food & drink options

WINNIPEG, MB., July 30, 2021 –The Winnipeg Blue Bombers today announce a new selection of local food and drinks that will be available at IG Field concessions for the 2021 season.

In addition to returning local favourites Danny’s Whole Hog BBQ & Smokehouse, Shawarma Khan, Winkler Meats and Granny’s Poultry, this year will also see the addition of Little Pizza Heaven along with Brazen Hall and TransCanada Brewing Co.

“We would like to thank the Winnipeg Football Club for supporting local and we are proud to be the official pizza of the Winnipeg Football Club,” said Dave Fox, owner of Little Pizza Heaven. “We look forward to seeing Blue Bombers and Valour FC fans enjoying our slices of pizza at IG Field.”

Little Pizza Heaven will be available at Home Grown concession locations on the 100 and 200 levels and the new Brazen Burger will be available at the Brazen Burger stand on the east side 100 level.

Fans are encouraged to arrive early for August 5th home opener. Gates open at 6:00pm with the Grey Cup banner unveiling scheduled for 7:30 pm. Fans can pre-game inside the stadium with live music from the new Blue Bombers House Band lead by Jennifer Hanson and enjoy food and drink specials from 6:00 to 7:00 pm: $5.00 355 ml Molson Coors and Coors light beer specials and $3.00 fountain drinks and hot dogs.
