Blue Bombers Launch New Game Day Experiences

WINNIPEG, MB., June 10, 2019 –   The Winnipeg Blue Bombers today announce a new series of game day experiences made available exclusively to season ticket members starting this season.

In addition to the first annual Jerseys Off Our Backs event prior to the May 31st pre-season game that saw 30 players wear season ticket members’ last names on the backs of their jerseys for warmup, which the fans then got to keep, the team has also launched the following experiences:

  1. Pre-game sideline experience: 50 season ticket members will watch warmup from the sidelines.
  2. Part of the Team Intro: Season ticket members will have to opportunity to run out of the tunnel ahead of the players for the team introductions.
  3. Honourary Team Captains: Each game, four season ticket members will be named honourary team captains and walk out on the field for the coin toss prior to kick-off.
  4. Post-game Press Conference: Season ticket members will be invited into the Canada Life press room after the game to listen to the coach’s post-game press conference.
  5. Bench Warmers: During each Blue Bombers home game, select season ticket members will watch warm-ups from the Blue Bombers bench.

All season ticket members are automatically entered to win for every home game of the 2019 season and will be contacted prior to the game should their name be drawn. For more information, click here.
