New York Steak with Mushroom & Brie
Yield: 8 Steaks | Cook Time: 5 minutes | Serving Size: 8 of 10oz steaks Temperature: 350 F
INGREDIENTS:
- 8 pc New York Steak 10 oz
- 1 1/4 Tbsp Seasoning Salt
- 3 fl oz Canola Oil
- 2 oz Butter
- 2 lb Fresh Buton Mushrooms sliced
- 4 oz Brie Cheese (small cubes)
- 1 oz Green Peppercorn canned
DIRECTIONS:
- Pre heat BBQ Charbroiler to 475 F-525 F
- Glaze all the steaks with 1oz of canola oil and Season all steak with 3/4 tblsp of seasoning salt.
- Broil steaks for about 2 mins each side turning 4 times or until you reach the desired doneness of the steak.
- Set steak aside to rest at least 5 minutes before serving
- In the meantime, In a fryin pan, saute the sliced mushroom with 2 fl oz of canola oil and butter until cooked about 2 minutes.

- Add the green peppercorns and Brie cheese.

- Season to taste with 1/4 tblsp of seasoning salt.

- Serve New York Steak with a spoonful of the mushroom and Brie cheese mixture.
