Bombers add defensive back Kahlen Branning to practice roster

WINNIPEG, MB., August 30, 2017 – The Winnipeg Blue Bombers today announce the club has added National defensive back Kahlen Branning.

Branning (6’1, 185, University of Regina, December 15, 1993 in Moose Jaw, SK) played five seasons with the University of Regina Rams at cornerback. In 30 career games, he made 37 tackles, deflected 11 passes, and was selected as a Canada West All-Star in 2016. Branning participated in the Detroit Lions mini-camp in May.

The club has also released international receiver Gary Chambers and national receiver Brett Blaszko from the practice roster.
