Paul Jones remains one of the Canadian Football League’s great talent sleuths. Born in Arkansas and now based in Alabama, Jones was a player agent before joining the Bombers in 1988 as the Director of Player Personnel. He later was promoted to Assistant General Manager and spent nine years with the club before moving on to the Minnesota Vikings, Toronto Argonauts and now the Edmonton Eskimos.

Jones was instrumental in discovering some of the Bombers all-time greats, including Milt Stegall, Elfrid Payton, Paul Randolph, Juran Bolden, Michael Richardson, Bobby Evans, Larry Thompson and Greg Clark.
