2025: Blue Bombers

Wilson again dressed for every game in 2025, occasionally as the No. 2 QB and often as the No. 3. He saw the first significant playing time of his CFL career in the regular-season finale after an early injury to Chris Streveler — and with Zach Collaros being rested for the playoffs — and completed 11 of 21 passes for 79 yards and an interception while rushing eight times for 30 yards and his first career touchdown in a 19-10 win over the Montreal Alouettes.

2024: Blue Bombers

The Blue Bombers signed Wilson on November 28, 2023. He then dressed for every game in his first season in the CFL, cracking the roster as the No. 3 QB and then elevated to No. 2 after the season-ending injury to Chris Streveler in the Banjo Bowl.

Wilson attempted just one pass in the regular season, completing it for four yards, but was effective when called upon in short-yardage situations. He rushed 18 times for 36 yards and four touchdowns and then added a 48-yard run to set up a touchdown in the Western Final win over Saskatchewan.

Pro/College:

Wilson attended Dallas Cowboys rookie mini-camp in 2022 before being signed by the Houston Gamblers of the USFL. before his release late last September. In six games and one start, Wilson passed for 138 yards and one touchdown with a 64.7 completion percentage.

Wilson enjoyed a six-year collegiate career with Oregon (2016), Garden City CC (Junior College, 2017), Kentucky (2018-2020), and New Mexico (2021). In 31 FBS starts, he threw for 4,494 yards with a 63.3 completion percentage and 27 touchdowns, while rushing for 1,047 yards and 11 touchdowns.
