2023: Blue Bombers

Fox was signed by the Blue Bombers on June 12, 2023 following his release by the B.C. Lions on June 4th. He spent most of the season on the practice roster, but did suit up for two games and registering three tackles and his first career quarterback sack in a win over the Stampeders in Calgary last October.

2022: B.C. Lions

Fox dressed for three games in 2022 with the B.C. recording three tackles. He had originally signed with the Lions after attending a mini-camp with the Buffalo Bills in 2022.

College

Fox had a six-year collegiate career with Old Dominion (2015-2018) and Wake Forest (2020 and 2021). In 52 games, Fox recorded 174 defensive tackles, 84 solo tackles, 90 assists, 35 tackles for loss, three forced fumbles, and 14 sacks.
Fox was an All-Conference USA Honorable Mention in 2017 and was named to the Associated Press All-ACC First Team and was also nominated for the ACC’s Piccolo Award, which recognizes the Conference’s Comeback Player of the Year after he had suffered a ruptured Achilles tendon injury in 2019.
