Bombers Add Two to Roster

WINNIPEG, MB., May 4, 2020 – The Winnipeg Blue Bombers today announce the club has added American offensive lineman Nolan Ulizio and American defensive back Ranthony Texada. 

Ulizio (6-5, 320, Pittsburgh, West Chester, OH) played his senior season at the University of Pittsburgh, starting all 13 games at right tackle. Ulizio spent the four previous seasons at Michigan, playing in 17 career games with five starts at offensive tackle.

Texada (5-10, 185, TCU, in Smyrna, GA) was most recently with the New York Guardians of the XFL, where he registered 16 tackles and one sack in five games. Texada spent part of the 2019 season with the Ottawa REDBLACKS. He ranks eighth in Big 12 history in pass defenses with 30 after his career at TCU.
