With Account Manager, you can easily manage your season, flex and group tickets from a secure and convenient location.

Account update – Use the Account Settings feature to update your account information including password, e-mail address, phone number, and credit card information.

CONVENIENCE: The online service is “open” 24 hours a day, 7 days a week so you can manage your tickets when it is convenient for you.

TIME SAVINGS: All transactions are performed electronically, which eliminates the time and effort needed to mail or give your tickets to others.

SECURE: Because this service is team-sanctioned and password protected, all transactions are safe and secure.

 

Accessing and Viewing Tickets

Manage your tickets from any device using Account Manager:

  • Login using your email address and password
  • Manage your tickets from the My Events page by selecting “My Events”, where all available games will be displayed.
  • Use the search bar to find specific games. Enter a month, day of the week, or opponent name to filter results.
  • Snapshot information is given for each game but to see more details for the available tickets, simply click any game.
  • Viewing your ticket for entry to IG Field needs to take place on a mobile device. A message will be displayed on the page instructing how to access tickets based on your specific device.

 

Adding Tickets to Apple Wallet

  • If you have an iPhone or other iOS device, adding tickets to Apple Wallet is the best way to store your tickets for use on game day.
  • To add tickets, sign into Account Manager on your iPhone and tap the game.
  • Tap the “Add to Wallet” button on the ticket and tap “Add”.
  • Repeat this process for any additional tickets you may have.
  • When you arrive at IG Field, pull up your wallet and scan to enter.
  • Please note that if a ticket that has been added to your Apple Wallet is later transferred to a friend, a new ticket will be issued to your friend and the ticket in your wallet will be invalidated.

 

Adding Tickets to Google Pay

  • If you have an Android device, adding tickets to Google Pay is the best way to store your tickets for use on game day.
  • Ensure the Google Pay app is installed on your device.
  • To add tickets, sign into Account Manager on your device and tap the game.
  • Tap the “GPay Save to Phone” button and tap “Save”.
  • Tap “Open App”.
  • Repeat this process for any additional tickets you may have.
  • When you arrive at IG Field, pull up Google Pay and scan to enter.

Transfer Tickets

Sending Tickets

  • To transfer tickets, log into Account Manager using your email address and password, and select My Events.
  • Select the game to transfer tickets from, then select “Transfer Tickets”.
  • Select which tickets to transfer, then click “Next”.
  • Any contacts who have previously been sent tickets will be displayed in the recipients list. Select or search for an existing recipient or add a new recipient’s name and email address.
  • Once complete, click “Transfer”.
  • A confirmation page will be displayed. Click “Done”.

RECLAIMING TICKETS / CANCELLING A TRANSFER

In your listing, transferred tickets will now show the name of the recipient and the status of the ticket.
To reclaim the ticket before your recipient has claimed it, select “Cancel Transfer” and then confirm by selecting “Cancel Transfer”.

 

Receiving Tickets

  • When a recipient receives a transfer notification email and selects it, they are taken to the Account Manager sign in page.
  • Along the top are instructions to claim tickets. If they do not have an account, they will need to create one.
  • Once signed in, the ticket details can be viewed and the ticket can be accepted. Once accepted, the ticket is added to their account.
  • A message will be displayed on the page instructing the fan or patron on how to access the ticket based on their device.

 

Transferring Multiple Games

  • To transfer tickets for multiple games, navigate to the My Events page and select transfer.
  • Select all of the games to transfer tickets and click next. Choose whether the same seats for all games should be transferred, or whether you will choose specific seats for each event. If the seats don’t match across all games, you’ll be prompted to select specific seats.
  • Select the seats for each game you wish to transfer, and once all seats are selected click next.
  • Review your selected seats and select an existing recipient who has previously been sent tickets or enter the name and email address of a new recipient along with an optional message.
  • Click “transfer” and an email with a link will be sent to the recipient to claim their tickets.

 

Donate Your Tickets: United Way Dream Seats

In partnership with the United Way of Winnipeg, The Blue Bombers are happy to offer fans the option to donate their tickets to kids and their families to attend home games at IG Field. By supporting the Dream Seats program, you’re giving back to the community and helping kids foster a passion for sports, one ticket at a time.

  • To donate your tickets to the United Way Dream Seats program, log into your Account Manager using your email address and password and select My Events.
  • Select the game for which you’d like to donate tickets, then select “Donate”.
  • Select which tickets to donate, then click “Next”.
  • Select a recipient (United Way Dream Seats).
  • Once complete, click “Donate”.
  • A confirmation page will be displayed. Click “Done”.
  • You will receive an email confirming your donation, and the United Way will receive an email notifying them of your donation.
  • You will receive a tax receipt directly from the United Way for the net value of the tickets you’ve donated.

 

Exchange Tickets You Can’t Use

As a season ticket member, you can INSTANTLY exchange you can’t use online through Account Manager. You may exchange tickets from home games 2 through 10 for tickets of an equal or lesser value for home games 9 or 10, or upgrade for an additional cost. Tickets may not be exchanged within 48 hours of game time.

 

How to Use Season Ticket Exchange:

  • To exchange tickets that you will be unable to use, log into Account Manager using your email address and password and select My Events.
  • Select the game you can’t attend and would like to exchange. Once selected, click the “Exchange” button.
  • Next, select the tickets to one of the two last games of the regular season to exchange your tickets to.
  • Pick your seats from the interactive seat map, choose a delivery method, and check out.
