The Fan Ambassador volunteer program has evolved from its modest beginnings into an extremely organized group of eager individuals who provide essential services to the Blue Bomber organization.
Members of the Fan Ambassador team assist during game days, concerts, amateur football games and with office administration work and community relations initiatives. Each position is essential to our fan experience in the stadium and within the community. Every volunteer brings a variety of skills that are an integral part of ensuring game days run smoothly from start to finish.
Our Mission
The Fan Ambassadors’ mission is to encourage a positive experience for our fans in the stadium and community by providing courteous, knowledgeable, and professional customer service through direct and indirect communications.
Volunteer Positions
The Fan Ambassador program offers a variety of positions to choose from during the season and in the off-season. On game days, we need help with scanning tickets, ushering fans to seats and attending the parking lots to help direct fans. We also require volunteers for concerts, amateur events, office administrative duties and assisting other organizations with community relations’ projects.
Volunteering Requirements
Must be able to commit to volunteering at:
• Minimum of eight Blue Bomber home games
• One Community Relation event
• One office administrative task
Incentive Program
The Winnipeg Blue Bombers recognize that a volunteer’s time is valuable. We like show our appreciation by acknowledging the hard work and commitment that individuals dedicate to our organization. Volunteer incentives include, but are not limited to:
• Blue Bomber game day tickets
• Discounts at the Blue Bomber Store
• Autographed merchandise
• Gift cards for the Bomber Store
• Personalized photos appearing on the video boards
