About the Scholarship
The Treaty One Nations Football Scholarship Fund was established by the Winnipeg Football Club to support
Treaty One Nations student-athletes in pursuing their educational goals. Each year, a scholarship valued
at $2,500 is awarded to a Treaty One Nations football player who is continuing their education.
Recipients are selected annually by Treaty One Nations in partnership with the Winnipeg Football Club,
recognizing individuals who demonstrate both athletic commitment and a dedication to their academic journey.
Award Criteria
This scholarship is open to individuals who demonstrate the following qualities:
- Treaty One Nations football players
- Must be currently pursuing or planning to pursue post-secondary education
- Available to attend a Winnipeg Blue Bombers home game for the scholarship presentation
