Your Season Ticket Card carries a barcode that is valid for each home game.  During the forwarding process, the barcode is cancelled for the selected game only, and a new one is issued electronically which can be printed using any standard printer.

Login to “My Bomber Account” using your Season Ticket Member ID or the email address associated with your account and follow these steps.
 

STEP 1

 
Click the “MANAGE MY TICKETS” button.

STEP 2

 
From the calendar, select the game you would like to forward and

A) Click the “TRANSFER TICKETS” button,

B) then choose the seats you would like toforward.

C) Once the correct seats are selected, click“TRANSFER”.

Note: If you would like to forward more than one game at a time, click “MANAGE MORE TICKETS”and select another date.

STEP 3

 
Confirm the game and seat numbers you have chosen to forward and click “CONTINUE TO TRANSFER.”

STEP 4

 
A) Select your recipient from the list, or click to add a new contact.

B) Choose the time at which to receive an email reminder if the recipient does not claim their tickets.

C) Click “NEXT STEP.”

STEP 5

Review the transfer details, check the “AGREE TO TERMS OF USE” box, and click “COMPLETE THE TRANSFER.”

The recipient will receive an email with instructions on how to claim their tickets.  If the tickets are not claimed by two hours prior to game time, the tickets will be returned to your Season Ticket Card (s).
