Ted Bartman

Ted Bartman served as President of the Winnipeg Football Club from 1990-1991. He joined the Board of Directors in 1980 and was appointed to the executive committee in 1982 where he served in various capacities over the next 10 years. When the City of Winnipeg hosted their first Grey Cup in 1991, Bartman led the charge that allowed the home city the responsibility to sell the tickets for the Championship game – something that is still practiced in our league today.
