PRIORITY CONSIDERATION
A limited number of shuttle partner spots are available each season.
Priority is given to current Winnipeg Blue Bombers corporate partners.
All other interested venues are welcome to apply and will be considered
based on availability and fit.
HOW IT WORKS
COMPLETE THE REGISTRATION FORM
Use the official Game Day Shuttle Partner registration form. The application takes approximately five minutes to complete.
SUBMIT VENUE DETAILS & SHUTTLE CAPACITY
Provide your venue’s contact information and estimated shuttle capacity so the WFC team can assess operational fit for your location.
REVIEW & CONFIRMATION
After review and once the Blue Bombers confirm if you are selected you will then be provided full operational guidelines ahead of the 2026 home opener.
WHAT RESTAURANT / BAR MUST PROVIDE
To participate, venues must commit to the full season and meet the following operational standards for every Blue Bombers home game.
SAFE, INSURED VEHICLE & LICENSED DRIVER
Provide a fully insured vehicle with a licensed driver for round-trip transportation
to Princess Auto Stadium for every home game.
FULL SEASON COMMITMENT
Shuttle service must operate for every Blue Bombers home game during the 2026 season,
beginning June 11 and running through October. Partial participation is not accepted.
DESIGNATED DROP-OFF & PICK-UP PROCEDURES
Follow all WFC-designated stadium drop-off and pick-up procedures, including specified arrival times
and vehicle staging instructions.
POST-GAME STAGING — THIRD QUARTER
Drivers must be parked in the assigned location prior to the end of the third quarter
to ensure fans are picked up promptly after the final whistle.
REGULATORY COMPLIANCE
Comply with all applicable transportation, liquor, and safety regulations
for the province of Manitoba.
WFC COORDINATION
The Winnipeg Football Club will coordinate a designated shuttle drop-off and pick-up zone at Princess Auto Stadium and provide full operational instructions to all approved partners before the season begins.
PLEASE NOTE
WFC does not provide stadium entry for bus drivers. Drivers are expected to remain with their vehicle or in the designated staging area during the game.
