The Winnipeg Football Club is proud to return to the Rural Flag Football League for a second season, expanding play across communities throughout Manitoba! Flag football is a fun, safe, and easy-to-learn sport — no prior experience needed. This co-ed league kicks off in May and runs for six weeks, with teams practicing in their hometowns and competing against nearby communities. The program continues to offer a fantastic opportunity for young athletes to build connections, stay active, and develop their football skills.

• U10 – Born in 2017, 2018 (Games on Tuesdays)
• U12 – Born in 2014, 2015, 2016 (Games on Wednesdays)
• U15 – Born in 2011, 2012, 2013 (Games on Monday)
• 16+ – Born in 2009, 2010 (Games on Thursdays)

• 6-Week Season: Includes 6 weeks of local play plus a jamboree weekend in Winnipeg.
