2025: Blue Bombers
Clercius dressed and started for all 18 regular season games in 2025, pulling in 40 passes for 411 yards — fifth best on the team. He had a career high 10 receptions in Calgary on July 4th and then posted a career best 85 yards receiving on five catches in the Labour Day Day Classic in Saskatchewan.
2024: Blue Bombers
Clercius signed with the Blue Bombers on May 5, 2024 after being the club’s first choice (Rd 2, 13th overall) in the 2024 CFL Draft and made an instant and positive impression. He dressed for all 18 regular-season games, including 12 starts and also started in the Western Final and Grey Cup.
Clercius finished the year with 32 receptions for 352 yards and his first career touchdown in a win in Hamilton on October 4th.
College:
Clercius appeared in 37 games over three years with the UConn Huskies, pulling in 49 passes for 604 yards and five touchdowns. The son of Haitian immigrants, Clercius lost his mother to illness at age 14 and arrived speaking almost no English but enrolled in language classes before school started, landing a scholarship at UConn.
