2025: Blue Bombers

The Blue Bombers signed Jones on January 30, 2025. He had been released by the Toronto Argonauts on January 16.

2024: Toronto Argonauts

Jones appeared in 12 games in 2024 with the Argos, six of them starts, and registered 29 tackles, eight more on special teams and one forced fumble. He missed the last five regular season games and playoffs with a hamstring injury.

2022-23: Argonauts

Jones signed with Toronto on May 23, 2022, suiting up for six games in his rookie season and recording 10 defensive tackles, five more on special teams, two interceptions and a sack. He led the Argos with five defensive tackles and another on special teams in Toronto’s 24-23 win over Winnipeg in the 109th Grey Cup.

He enjoyed his best CFL season in 2023, finishing with 49 defensive tackles, 13 special team tackles, 3 tackles for loss, seven sacks, and one interception.

College:

Jones split his college days between the University of Notre Dame (2017-19) and the University of Toledo (2020-21). With the Irish he appeared in nine games and then 19 at Toledo where he recorded 116 tackles — 97 in his senior year — adding 9.5 tackles for a loss, four sacks, two forced fumbles and two fumble recoveries. He was named second-team All-MAC in 2021.
