2023: Blue Bombers

The Blue Bombers selected Kelly in he second round, 15th overall, of the 2023 CFL Draft and he dressed for 10 games as a rookie, making his first start in the regular-season finale win in Calgary.

Kelly finished the year with two defensive tackles, six more on special teams and one forced fumble.

College:

Kelly was named the winner of Brian Morely Defensive Player of the Year in 2022 at Bishop’s, and was an Academic All-Canadian in 2021. He played in eight games for the Gaiters in 2022-23, recording two interceptions (one for a touchdown), one forced fumble and 24 total tackles (19 solo and five assisted). Kelly played in seven games in 2020-21, totalling 29 tackles (24 solo, five assisted) and one interception.
