2024: Blue Bombers

The Blue Bombers signed Adams on May 25, 2024 and he had a solid rookie campaign in the Canadian Football League.

Adams dressed for 14 games for the club in 2024, making his CFL debut against the Montreal Alouettes in the season opener and earning three starts.

He finished the year with 17 tackles — 16 on defence and one on special teams — while adding four quarterback sacks, second-most on the team to Willie Jefferson’s six.

Pro/College:

Prior to Winnipeg, Adams attended rookie mini-camp with the New England Patriots this spring after shining at the National Scouting Combine earlier in the year where he ran a 4.89 40, posted a 30-inch vertical and did 28 reps on the bench.

Adams split his college days between Peru State and Delaware State. During his days at Peru State in Nebraska he was twice named the 1st Team All-Conference punter and twice named All-Conference Defensive Lineman and, Defensive Player of the Year and 1st Team All-American.

During his time at Peru State, Adams has had 156 total tackles with 94 solo tackles. He also tallied 20.5 sacks for a total of 129 yards.
