Get ready to experience the ultimate football league in a rural community near you! Engage in the action, fun, and adventure of Flag Football, a sport known for its excitement, teamwork, and spirited competition.

The Winnipeg Football Club is proud to return to the Rural Flag Football League for a second season, expanding play across communities throughout Manitoba! Flag football is a fun, safe, and easy-to-learn sport — no prior experience needed. This co-ed league kicks off in May and runs for six weeks, with teams practicing in their hometowns and competing against nearby communities. The program continues to offer a fantastic opportunity for young athletes to build connections, stay active, and develop their football skills.

Boys and girls of all skill levels are welcome across multiple age groups:

• U10 (Games on Tuesdays) – Born in 2017, 2018
• U12 (Games on Wednesdays) – Born in 2015, 2016
• U14 (Games on Thursdays) – Born in 2013, 2014

• 6-Week Season: Includes 6 weeks of local play plus a jamboree weekend in Winnipeg.
• Fully Equipped: We provide all gear for practices and games.
• Easy Learning: Wristband wrist coaches help players quickly learn and execute the plays.
