Harvey Scrivener

Harvey Scrivener made his countless contributions to the Winnipeg Football Club over decades of service as a member of the executive. He began working with the club in 1970 in helping in promotions and ticket sales and then became involved with the club’s annual dinner. From 1978-83 he was part of the team’s executive committee and served as Vice-President of Treasury and Finances. He rejoined the Board of Directors and served from 1983-96 and then was part of the team’s Hall of Fame committee, beginning in 1988. In 1996 he was named to the Bombers Honourary Council.
Scrivener’s two sons, Glen and Colin, both played for the Bombers.
