|Accommodations||If you are looking for a great place to stay when attending a Winnipeg Blue Bombers game, or an event at Investors Group Field, the Four Points by Sheraton Winnipeg South is a short six-minute drive from the stadium. Alcohol cannot be brought in or out of Investors Group Field. The sale of alcohol is limited to two drinks per fan, with sales ceasing in all areas of the stadium at the end of the third quarter, with the exception of the north end concessions, which will remain open for 30 minutes post game.
Any person purchasing alcohol who appears to be less than 25 years of age must present valid photo identification. No alcohol will be sold to intoxicated guests, and we reserve the right to refuse the sale of alcohol at our discretion. If you choose to drink, please do so responsibly and ensure you have a safe ride home.
|ATMs||ATMs are available throughout Investors Group Field.

|Baby Changing Stations||Baby changing stations are available in all washrooms throughout Investors Group Field. For privacy purposes, Men’s baby changing stations are available in sections 113, 136, 214, 235, and the Blue And Gold Suite. Women’s baby changing stations are located in sections 132, 206, 232, and Suite 9E. Family washrooms which include baby changing stations are located in the 100 level north and south sections, as well as a family washroom in section 203. Suite sections include Men and Women’s baby changing stations in Suites 9W, 10W, and Press Box.|
|Banners||Unauthorized commercial signage is not allowed anywhere within Investors Group Field. Stadium Management reserves the right to approve all banners. Banners and flags may be prohibited due to space availability, banner or flag size, interference with other fans, or message content.|
|Bike Valet||The Bike Valet is located at the northeast gate of Investors Group Field. The Bike Valet is free to use and offers fully secure, monitored bike storage on game and event days and rack space for 800 bicycles.Please note that racks for about 400 more bikes are also available around the perimeter of the stadium, however, these racks are not monitored.|
|Breastfeeding||Family washrooms are available for all guests requiring a little extra room or privacy. These washrooms are located North & South End 100 level, and at the Family Washroom Section 235 and Family Washroom Section 203. Guests can visit fan services located at section 111 for a private space available for breastfeeding.|

|Canadian Flag||If you have a group of 20-35 people over the age of 13 and would like to hold the large Canadian flag on the field during pregame, please contact email@example.com for more information and availability.|
|Cameras||Still cameras with lenses over 12” are not allowed into the stadium. You are welcome to use your photo camera (with lenses under 12”) for your personal enjoyment. Commercial use of any audio or video recordings of the game is a violation of guidelines established by the Canadian Football League.|
|Carry-In Policy||Security Officers are stationed at each entrance gate to ensure your safety while visiting Investors Group Field. You and your belongings may be searched upon entry into the stadium. If you elect not to consent to being searched, you will be denied entry.
Please be aware that carry-in policies may be modified from game to game as security levels change, and items permitted into the stadium may be determined at the discretion of each officer. Firearms and other weapons, knives, coolers, umbrellas that cannot collapse to under 18 inches duffel bags, obstructive banners and signs are all strictly prohibited, as well as video cameras and still photo cameras with lenses over 12 inches. As a general rule, please leave all unnecessary items at home.Fans can bring sealed bottles of water to Investors Group Field for all Bomber games, events, and concerts. The bottles must be plastic, factory-sealed, and contain a maximum of 1 litre, as indicated on the bottle.Fans can bring a maximum of one bottle per individual. For example: a family of four can bring in four bottles of water. Fans are permitted to bring in empty reusable bottles (1 litre or less) to fill with water at the stadium. When arriving at the stadium gates, we ask that fans be ready to show their factory-sealed, plastic bottle of water or empty reusable bottle of water.
|Children||If a child is lost at Investors Group Field they will be brought to Fan Services located behind section 111. Staff will be notified by radio. Please report any missing children to the nearest staff member, who will then take a description and advise staff over the radio.|
A wide variety of refreshments are available from concession booths, kiosks, and vendors throughout the stadium. Vendors will stop serving in the stands at the end of the third quarter with the exception of the North End concessions which will remain open until the end of the game. Alcohol cannot be brought in or out of the stadium.The sale of beer, wine, and liquor is limited to two beverages or two ounces per person and will only be sold to those fans over the age of 18 as per Manitoba Liquor regulations. Bottomless souvenir soda cups and popcorn buckets starting in 2017 and going forward are only refillable on the date of purchase, for that game. These cups and buckets will not be allowed back in the building for future events.
NEW for 2017 – Fountain drinks for $2.50 at the following stands (103, 109, 125, 128, 206, 208, 212, 229, 234 ).
|Closed Captioning||Closed Captioning is available. If you require closed captioning please visit Fan Services at section 111.|
|Designated Driver Program||Manitoba Liquor and Lotteries and the Winnipeg Football Club want to encourage all fans to “Make the Pledge” to act responsibly while enjoying the game. Fans can visit the Fan Services booth at Section 111 or any one of the mobile Fan Services booths during Bomber games at Investors Group Field to “Make the Pledge” not to drink and drive.Fans over the age of 18 can sign up to be a designated driver and receive a complimentary non-alcoholic beverage, a lanyard, and a reusable cup from Manitoba Liquor and Lotteries. Please drink responsibly and do not drink and drive.|
|Drinking Water||Water fountains are located throughout the stadium behind sections 101, 114, 124, 136, 210, 232.
Portable Water dispenser units (or water coolers) will be located at 116, 144, 202, 225.Fans are permitted to bring in one factory-sealed bottle of water up to one litre in volume and/or empty reusable bottles up to one litre or less to fill with water at the stadium. When arriving at the stadium gates, we ask that fans be ready to show their factory-sealed, plastic bottles of water or empty reusable bottles of water out.
|Drop Off & Pick up Locations||When dropping off a fan on game day enter from Chancellor Matheson and drop them off in the red lot and pick them up on Chancellor Matheson.|
|Elevators & Ramps||Elevators and ramps are located in the northeast, northwest, southeast, and southwest corners of the stadium, providing access to the suite level and 200 level seating. Please note that no suite access is permitted using the Northwest ramp or elevator.|
|Emergency Phone Numbers & Paging Policy||If you require assistance or have any questions during a Blue Bombers home game, you can contact the fan helpline by calling 204-788-HELP (4357) or by text at 204-330-4552. If contacted for an emergency, security personnel will be on hand to assist you. If you are required to make an emergency phone call or text, please report your name and seat location. Paging within the stadium is reserved for extreme emergencies.|
|Emergency Evacuation||In the unlikely event of an emergency situation that would require a stadium evacuation, instructions will be relayed via the public address system. If such circumstances arise, please remain calm and follow instructions as they are given.|
|Entering the Playing Field||Entering the playing field without proper authorization is a violation of league and Winnipeg Football Club rules. Violators will be subject to ejection and arrest.|
We have six Entertainment Loges located around the main concourse level at Investors Group Field. They offer all the fun of being in the crowd with the exclusivity and prestige of having your own private space. We have four available 12-person and two 16-person Entertainment Loges, which are sold on a game-by-game basis and offer the perfect spot for larger groups.
For $188.00 per person plus GST, you receive seats in your own private area with swiveling chairs and a table for your drinks and snacks. Each ticket includes pre-selected food options and one drink ticket. And forget about waiting in line for more drinks later in the game, you’ll also receive in-game seat service courtesy of our great stadium staff.
For an extra charge, you can request up to six bar stools for additional seating and buckets of beer delivered right to your loge.
|Event Suites||With 103 dedicated outdoor seats and additional luxury seating inside, the Event Suite is the perfect meeting space to give a presentation and then mingle while watching the game. The Event Suite offers catering menu options, full concierge service, and exclusive bar service located on the Manitoba Liquor & Lotteries Suite Level.|
|Exit & Entry Policy||Prior to entry into Investors Group Field, you may be subject to a bag search and personal body screening for security reasons. Following kickoff should you wish to exit Investors Group Field, no re-entry will be permitted for security reasons|
|Family Washrooms||Family washrooms are located near section 117, 144, 203, and 235.|

|Flag Raising||In honour of the loudest fans in the CFL, we raise the 13th Man flag during our pre-game ceremonies at each Winnipeg Blue Bomber home game. Long-time season ticket members, celebrities, and notable Manitobans will raise the 13th Man Flag in honour of all our fans. The 13th Man Flag is sponsored by Barley Brothers.|
|First Aid||St. John Ambulance First Aid is available at sections 112, 124, 212, 225 at all Winnipeg Blue Bomber home games. Winnipeg Paramedic Service is available as well.|

|Kids Zone and Family Sections (116-121)||We now have a dedicated Kids Zone and Family Section for those interested in bringing the little ones. These can be found in sections 116 to 121 with Section 118 as a non-alcoholic section.Be sure to check out the South End Zone for fun activities including airbrush tattoos, a meet and greet with Buzz and Boomber, lemonade, and the Bomber Store Kids kiosk.|
|Limos||Booked Limos can be caught outside of the Pinnacle Club or by Manitoba Liquor and Lotteries Gate 1 on the west side of the Emergent building.|
|Lost & Found||On the day of a game, lost and found items can be returned or collected from the Fan Services booth located behind section 111. To inquire about lost and found after the game, please call 204-784-7420.|
|Messages (Birthday, Anniversary)||If you have a birthday or anniversary announcement you want displayed on the video board at a Blue Bomber home game, contact our office at 204-784-2583 or e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org.Space is on a first-come-first-served basis as there are limited spaces per game. All requests and payment must be submitted three days prior to the game requested. A fee of $50 plus tax will apply.|
|Neighbourhood Parking Restrictions||Working in partnership, the – University of Manitoba, and City of Winnipeg have developed an Event Day Traffic Plan to help direct visitors to campus and alleviate some of the traffic congestion that is expected on major event days. The Event Day Traffic Plan will be in effect for all events that are expected to attract more than 15,000 people. Key points of the plan are as follows:
|Non-Alcoholic Section (118)||Section 118 in the Family and Kids Zone is considered as a non-alcoholic section.|
|Parking||In total, there are 5,000 parking spots on campus for those attending Blue Bombers games and other events at Investors Group Field. For more information, please visit: bluebombers.com/on-campus-parking/|
|Park and Ride||There will be a $5.00 per person charge for this round-trip service. It will be collected as you get off the bus at Investors Group Field. Children 12 and younger ride for free. Buses will begin departing all locations 105 minutes prior to kickoff and last buses will leave locations 15 minutes prior to kickoff.Once a bus is full, it will depart for the stadium. |Pinnacle Club||The Pinnacle Club on game day is exclusively for out P1 seat holders. P1 seat holders will have the option to purchase a pre-game buffet or half time snack. Bar service is available throughout and following the game for P1 seat holders in the Pinnacle Club.Outside of game day the Pinnacle Club is available for corporate events, banquets, weddings, fundraisers and more. With space for up to 400 people the Pinnacle Club is a great choice for your next event. For more information please contact email@example.com.|
|Pre-game at the Tailgate||Pre-game at the Tailgate opens 2.5 hours prior to kickoff and is located near gate 2 in the Southeast exterior corner of the stadium. You must have a game day ticket to enter the tailgate area. The tailgate features a kid’s zone including inflatables, airbrush tattoos, and much more. For the adults we have a live DJ, Blue Bomber Cheer and Dance Team Performances, bars, and snack.|
|Running Back Shuttle||
Just wave to get the Running Back Shuttle. The Running Back Shuttle will run from the stadium in a clockwise loop, west on Chancellor Matheson, north on Pembina, and south on University Crescent back to the stadium.Note: the last Running Back Shuttle will arrive at Investors Group Field 10 minutes after the event or game is scheduled to begin and will not operate after the game. Catch a Route 160 bus on Chancellor Matheson after the game to get back to Pembina Highway. Buses will run west on Chancellor Matheson and north on Pembina making all stops between Investors Group Field and downtown.
There will be no charge to passengers using the Running Back Shuttle service, as this cost will be covered by the Winnipeg Football Club.
|Smoking Policy||Investors Group Field is a smoke-free facility. Smoking is not permitted in the indoor or outdoor areas of Investors Group Field; this includes the concourses and main bowl. Smoking is permitted outside Budweiser Gates 3 and Advance Electronics Gate 4 as well as the Tailgate Plaza area. This policy also applies to smokeless and electronic cigarettes, which are not permitted anywhere within Investors Group Field. Guests who fail to comply with this policy may be ejected or subject to fine.|
|Stadium Gates||All stadium gates open 90 minutes prior to kickoff and are accessible to fans with disabilities. Fans are encouraged to use the gate recommended on their ticket, however fans can enter through any gate.Starting in 2016, we are proud to offer gates exclusively for our valued season ticket members. Keep an eye out for gates labeled “Season Ticket Member Entrance” for a quick entrance into Investors Group Field.|
