Blue Bombers Transactions: February 15, 2023
WINNIPEG, MB., February 15, 2023 – The Winnipeg Blue Bombers announce today the signing of Canadian defensive back Charles-Antoine Beaulieu.
Beaulieu (6-1, 192, Université de Laval; Quebec City, PQ) joins the Blue Bombers after a superb career with the Rouge et Or where he was part of two Vanier Cup championship teams, winning in 2018 and 2022.
Beaulieu appeared in five regular-season games for Laval last year, registering 14 tackles, one sack, one tackle for loss and two fumble recoveries. He was twice named the RSEQ Defensive Player of the Week last year and was also honoured as the RSEQ Special Teams Player of the Week in 2022.
