Bombers add receiver Dennis Parks
WINNIPEG, MB., March 28, 2019 – The Winnipeg Blue Bombers announce today the club has signed international wide receiver Dennis Parks.
Parks (6-2, 200, Rice, July 27, 1994 in San Antonio, Texas) started 46 career games at Rice, recording 97 receptions for 1,507 yards and 8 touchdowns. He was also named an All-Conference USA selection as a punt returner. His most notable accomplishment was catching five passes for 109 yards against Fresno State in the Hawai’i Bowl, just the third time a wide receiver surpassed 100 yards in Rice bowl history. Following his collegiate career, Parks signed with Green Bay, and was later with the Cleveland Browns.
