Bombers Re-sign DB Jeff Hecht
WINNIPEG, MB., February 3, 2019 – The Winnipeg Blue Bombers announce today the club has re-signed national defensive back Jeff Hecht to a one-year contract.
Hecht (5’9, 205, Saint Mary’s University, September 24, 1985 in Edmonton, AB.) played 14 games for Winnipeg last season after joining the club in July. He recorded eight defensive tackles, seven special teams tackles, two sacks, one interception and one forced fumble. Hecht is entering his ninth CFL season in 2019, playing in 114 career games with Saskatchewan, Montreal, Calgary and Winnipeg.
