Pork Button Strips
Yield: 2 lbs | Cook Time: 3 minutes | Serving Size: 2 of 1lb | Deep Fry Temperature: 350 F
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 lb Pork Buttons
- 3 fl oz Soy Sauce
- 2 oz Fresh Ginger grated
- 2 oz Fresh Garlic minced
- 4 oz Fresh Yellow Onions diced
- 16 oz All Purpose Flour
- 1/2 tsp Seasoning Salt
- 4 fl oz Thai Sweet Chili Sauce ( or any sauce of your choice)
- 1 tsp Toasted Sesame Seed
DIRECTIONS:
- Make the marinade by blending the soy sauce, ginger, garlic, and onions together.
- Cut the Pork Button Ribs into manageable size about 4 “ in lenth which is a half of the actual lenght of the product.
- Put the Pork Button Ribs in a bowl along with the marinade.
- Mix it together very carefully making sure all the Pork Buttons are coated with the marinade.
- Let it marinade for at least 3 hours or even overnight for better results
- Pre heat Deep Fryer to 350 F
- Drain Pork Buttons and dridge it in flour.
- Make sure to shake off excess flour.
- Deep fry for 3 minutes or till golden brown in color.
- Drain excess oil and pour into a bowl
- Season Pork Buttons Immediately with seasoning salt(very important)
- Serve Pork Button Strips Crispy with a side of Thai Sweet Chili Sauce or Toss it in Thai Sweet Chili Sauce transfering onto a platter and a light sprinkle of toasted sesame seeds on top.
