New York Marinated Steak

Marinated New York Steak

Yield: 8 | Cook Time: 5 minutes | Serving Size: 8 of 10oz each Temperature: 475 F – 525 F

INGREDIENTS:

  • 8 pcs. New York Steaks 10 oz
  • 1/2 cup White Vinegar
  • 1 cup Soy Sauce
  • 2 cups Brown Sugar
  • 2 Tbsp Salt
  • 2 Tbsp Fresh Garlic Minced
  • 1/2 tsp dry Black Pepper ground
  • 2 oz Fresh Ginger grated
  • 2 Tbsp Dry Smoked Paprika
  • 1 Tbsp Corn Starch
  • 4 Tbsp Canola Oil

 

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Combine all ingredients except for the New York Steaks and 2 tblsp of canola oil to make the Marinade.
  2. Mix till all are well incorporated
  3. Place steaks in a bowl and add the marinade.
  4. Mix all together making sure that the steaks are all well coated with the marinade.
  5. Let it set overnight or for best result, leave it for at least 3 days to marinate.
  6. Pre heat the bbq charbroiler to 525 F.
  7. Pat dry the steaks and put a thin coat of canola oil that was put a side.
  8. Broil the steaks about a minute each side or till you reach your desired doneness of the steaks.
  9. Let it rest for 5 minutes and serve!!
