Marinated New York Steak
Yield: 8 | Cook Time: 5 minutes | Serving Size: 8 of 10oz each Temperature: 475 F – 525 F
INGREDIENTS:
- 8 pcs. New York Steaks 10 oz
- 1/2 cup White Vinegar
- 1 cup Soy Sauce
- 2 cups Brown Sugar
- 2 Tbsp Salt
- 2 Tbsp Fresh Garlic Minced
- 1/2 tsp dry Black Pepper ground
- 2 oz Fresh Ginger grated
- 2 Tbsp Dry Smoked Paprika
- 1 Tbsp Corn Starch
- 4 Tbsp Canola Oil
DIRECTIONS:
- Combine all ingredients except for the New York Steaks and 2 tblsp of canola oil to make the Marinade.
- Mix till all are well incorporated
- Place steaks in a bowl and add the marinade.
- Mix all together making sure that the steaks are all well coated with the marinade.
- Let it set overnight or for best result, leave it for at least 3 days to marinate.
- Pre heat the bbq charbroiler to 525 F.
- Pat dry the steaks and put a thin coat of canola oil that was put a side.
- Broil the steaks about a minute each side or till you reach your desired doneness of the steaks.
- Let it rest for 5 minutes and serve!!
