Roasted Garlic and Roasted Pepper Shrimp

Roasted Garlic and Roasted Pepper Shrimp

Yield: 36 | Cook Time: 3 minutes | Serving Size: 6 of 6 shrimps/serving Temperature: 375 F – 500 F

INGREDIENTS:

  • 36 Shrimp (16/20 shrimps)
  • 4 oz Butter
  • 2 oz Dry Roasted Garlic & Pepper seasoning
  • 1/2 pc Fresh Lemon
  • 1/4 cup Green Onions (chopped)

 

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Melt butter on a frying pan then add roasted garlic and pepper seasoning.
  2. Stir until all well blended and infused.
  3. Pat shrimp dry and add to the pan stirring constantly just so it cooks evenly
  4. Add half of the green onions and continue cooking until shrimp is half cooked and fully infused with the sauce.
  5. Set aside to finish cooking onto the broiler.
  6. Pre heat Charbroiler to 475 F- 525 F
  7. Charbroil shrimp for about 1 minute or till the shrimp are done and infused with the charbroiled flavour.
  8. Serve shrimp on a platter with a side of rice and half a lemon.
  9. Sprinkle the rest of the chopped green onions on top for flavor and presentation.
