WINNIPEG, MB., July 31, 2018 – The Canadian Football League announced Tuesday linebacker Jovan Santos-Knox has been named a Shaw CFL Top Performer for his performance in last week’s win against the Toronto Argonauts.
Santos-Knox recorded three quarterback sacks and a total of 10 tackles Friday night in just his 15thprofessional start. Santos-Knox is now second in tackles across the league with 39, behind teammate Adam Bighill (42).
The linebacker is also in a dead heat for third in sacks league-wide with 4 after 7 weeks, tied with teammate Jackson Jeffcoat, Odell Willis (BC), and Micah Johnson (Calgary).
