Grilled Maui Ribs
Yield: 5 Pounds | Cook Time: 6 minutes | Serving Size: Five 1-lbs servings | Charbroiler temperature: 475 F – 525 F
INGREDIENTS:
- 5 lb ribs
- 1/2 cup white vinegar
- 1 cup soy sauce
- 2 cups brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp salt
- 2 Tbsp minced garlic
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
- 2 oz grated fresh ginger root
- 2 Tbsp smoked paprika
- 1 Tbsp corn starch
- 2 Tbsp canola oil
DIRECTIONS:
- Combine all ingredients except the ribs to make the marinade. Mix until all the ingredients are well incorporated.
- Place ribs in a container and pour the marinade over the ribs. Massage the ribs to make sure they are all coated evenly. Marinade for at least 3 hours or overnight in the fridge.
- Preheat the BBQ charbroiler to 475-525 F.
- Broil Maui ribs for about 3 minutes per each side, until grill marks appear and ribs are done to your liking.
- Let the ribs rest for 5 minutes before serving.
