Game Day Parking and Transportation Plan for June 15

WINNIPEG, MB., June 13, 2017 – With the start of a new season upon us, the Winnipeg Football Club would like to share important parking and transportation information for fans travelling to and from Investors Group Field for Blue Bomber games, starting with the June 15th preseason game against the Edmonton Eskimos.

The Park & Ride service will operate with the same drop-off and pick-up locations as in 2016 at Investors Group Field for June 15th only, with the new Transit terminal outside of gates 3 and 4 set to open for the home opener on July 7th. The St. Vital Park & Ride located at Centre Scolaire Léo-Rémillard will not be available for the June 15th game, but will be back in service for July 7th. Fans who generally take that route are encouraged to instead take route 7, located at the Southdale Red River Co-op Food Store as an alternative for this game.

Fans should note that seasonal lane closures throughout the city may be introduced during the season, potentially increasing travel time to Investors Group Field. Always check for current lane closure information prior to travelling to the stadium. Current information can be found here.

Fans are also encouraged to download the Waze app to their smartphones to receive real-time road and traffic information when travelling to and from Blue Bomber games.
