Bombers select Trent Corney 9th, Michael Couture 10th

With the 9th and 10th overall picks in the CFL Draft, the Bombers selected defensive end Trent Corney from Virginia and offensive lineman Michael Couture from Simon Fraser. Follow us on snapchat (wpg_bluebombers) for behind the scenes snaps from the war room!

 

 

 

 

Then with the 19th overall pick (third round, second pick), GM Kyle Walters and his team selected defensive back Taylor Loffler from UBC.

 

 

At 28th, the team selected linebacker Shayne Gauthier of Laval.  

 

 

At 37th overall, Walters chooses to select another offensive lineman in Zach Intzandt.

 

 

Rupert Butcher joins the team at 46th overall, a defensive lineman from Western.

 

 

A local pick, Bisons’ receiver Alex Vitt was the next to join the team.

 

 

And for the final pick of the night, Windsor linebacker Frank Renaud comes in at 63rd overall.
