Seat relocation from Canad Inn Stadium to Investors Group Field

1. When will Investors Group Field open?
We have announced that September 21st against the Hamilton Tiger-Cats is the date we will open. With that said, we will continue to put forth best efforts to open the stadium earlier, with the Manitoba Lotteries Banjo Bowl Game on September 9th.

2. I renewed my season tickets from last year. For games played at Canad Inns Stadium, where will I sit?
Existing season ticket holders will sit in their previous seats at Canad Inns Stadium for any games played there.

3. Will I receive a credit for any games played at Canad Inns Stadium?
You will receive applicable credits to ensure you are charged 2011 pricing for games played at Canad Inns Stadium. We will contact you regarding any applicable credits once all account adjustments are complete.

4. As a current season ticket holder, when can I purchase additional season tickets?
The Winnipeg Football Club is currently in the process of contacting our season ticket holders, by seniority, to advise of the specific date when your priority opportunity to purchase up to 4 additional season tickets per account will be. Your priority opportunity to purchase additional tickets happens between the dates of May 3-18.

5. How will I receive my tickets for Canad Inns Stadium and Investors Group Field?
The Winnipeg Football Club will be announcing the process for ticket distribution shortly. Season ticket purchasers will be notified directly, and please also check these FAQ’s periodically for any new information.

6. I am on the season ticket wait list. When can I purchase tickets?
If you are on the season ticket wait list, you will be able to purchase up to 4 tickets per person/per account between the dates of May 22-26, subject to availability. You will be contacted prior to May 22 to advise of when your specific date(s) to purchase happens.

7. I plan to purchase season tickets in 2012, where will I sit in each venue?
New season ticket requests will be fulfilled for all games happening in each venue based on availability.

Season Tickets

1. Is there a Season Ticket Wait List? When can those tickets be purchased?
If you wish to purchase season tickets for the 2012 season, we encourage you to join our season ticket wait list by placing your $50.00 per seat deposit (4 seats per account/customer); this is done by visiting www.bluebombers.com or by clicking here; you will be contacted by the Club in May, prior to seats going on sale to the general public. Wait list orders will be subject to ticket availability.

2. I am currently sitting in the Student Section. Will there be a section like this at Investors Group Field and will the student discount apply?
There are going to be a variety of price points that will suit our fans needs and a number of different options. Sections 138,139,140,141,142 & 143 are expected to have the same game day experience as Section S and are priced accordingly.

3. Will there be youth pricing available at Investors Group Field and where will that pricing apply to?
Our Family Section located in Section 116,117,118,119,120&121. These sections have been specifically designed to provide a comfortable game day experience for our younger patrons and families. We will be offering special youth pricing for fans 15 years old and under purchased together with an adult season ticket, the price level will be P7 our stadiums lowest price point.

4. I currently sit in a non-alcohol area. Will this type of area be available at Investors Group Field?
Investors Group Field will feature a non-alcohol section; it is located in Section 118 as part of the designated Family Section.

5. I currently have Wheelchair accessible seats. Will I be able to have comparable seats in 2012?
There will be excellent accessible seats available on both the 100 and 200 levels in the new stadium. We are very pleased to offer about 100 more wheelchair spaces than we currently have, for a total of 216 spaces.

6. How do I make my payments?
All payments can be made conveniently online by using the Account Manager feature on www.bluebombers.com by clicking here. You will need to know your current login (e-mail or account number) and your PIN. Payments can also be made in person at the Winnipeg Football Club during business hours.

7. Where can I find the prices for the 2012 season ticket packages?

8. Will you limit the number of season tickets a person can purchase?
Initially, season ticket holders were limited to a maximum of the amount of seats they currently have in 2011, but you will be given a priority opportunity in May, before the general public, to purchase additional seats (to a maximum of four tickets per account).

9. Will there be a cap on the number of season tickets sold?
The WFC will ensure that there are tickets available for purchase on a game by game basis.

10. How do I know what Investors Group Field will be like?
We have created a 3D Virtual Venue which allows you to explore the new stadium using your computer. You can select a wide variety of camera angles in all sections, and pan around Investors Group Field for a view that will truly make you feel like you are at Investors Group Field. Amenities’ at Investors Group Field

1. What type of seats will there be at Investors Group Field?
There are three different style of seats depending on the area of the stadium; plush theatre style seating, padded seats and general stadium seating.

2. What kind of leg room will there be at Investors Group Field?
The rows are currently set on a 33” on centre which will allow more leg room than what is currently found at Canad Inns Stadium.

3. Will there be handrails?
There will be handrails on all the stairways to ensure safety for all our fans.

4. Will there be cup holders?
There will be cup holders available on all seats.

5. Will there be a family section?
There will be designated family areas in sections 116,117,118,119,120&121; these sections can be viewed by going to the Winnipeg Blue Bombers website and visiting the Virtual Venue by clicking here.

6. Will there be elevators and or escalators to assist in the movement of fans?
There will be six elevators to help assist fans to move throughout the stadium.

7. Where will the washrooms be and will there be family washrooms?
The new facility will have washrooms on each side of the facility on each level, the main concourse, suite level and upper concourse. All of the washrooms will be wheelchair accessible. There will be more washrooms than the current facility – in fact, over 50% more than the current stadium. There will be 28 washrooms in all, evenly distributed between the east and west side of the stadium. The washrooms will be evenly split between men’s and women’s – 14 each.

8. Will there be a golf cart service available for fans like there currently is at Canad Inns Stadium?
The type of golf cart service is being determined at the new facility; as the upper bowl will have elevator service as well hand rails to allow the flow of fans to be easier than what is currently available at Canad Inns Stadium with the upper deck.

9. What type and where are the concessions located at Investors Group Field?
There will be a wide variety of concession services available to meet our fans variety of tastes and pricing. This aspect is still in the planning stage.

10. What type of retail area will there be for fans on game day as well as during the year.
We will have one large retail store that will be open year round for our fans. In addition during game days we will have four retail walkups on different levels for the convenience of our fans.

Approximately 33,500 expandable to 40,000 for Grey Cup.
