The Winnipeg Football Club would like to extend its deepest sympathies to the family of former Blue Bomber Warren Hudson, who passed away earlier today.
Hudson played nine seasons in the Canadian Football League, spending three seasons (1990-1993) with the Blue Bombers. He helped the Blue Bombers to the 1990 Grey Cup title, winning top Canadian in the contest after recording 66 receiving yards and one touchdown, while also rushing for another.
Hudson was a West Division All-Star in 1990 and 1992 with the Blue and Gold. He appeared in 144 career games, rushing for 1,507 yards on 296 carries with 23 touchdowns, while also accumulating 1,951 receiving yards.
