WINNIPEG, MB., September 28, 2016 –   The Winnipeg Blue Bombers today announce the club has acquired the rights to a negotiation list player from the Hamilton Tiger-Cats in exchange for International defensive back Johnny Adams.

“With the depth we have accumulated in the defensive backfield, accompanied with Johnny’s pending free agent status, we were comfortable making this move for the betterment of the Winnipeg Football Club,” said General Manager Kyle Walters.

Adams has played in five games in 2016, making 21 defensive tackles and one interception.
