The Winnipeg Blue Bombers Legacy Gala Dinner is one of Manitoba’s most anticipated events each year for members of the business community and football fans alike. This year, the Winnipeg Blue Bombers are thrilled to induct Bob Molle, John Helton and builder Bob Irving into the Blue Bombers Hall of Fame during this evening of fanfare.

Blue Bombers Hall of Fame Inductees

Bob Molle was a lineman with the team from right guard spot alongside Chris Walby. He was a member of both the 1988 and 1990 Grey Cup championship teams and is the only athlete to have both an Olympic medal and Grey Cup championship ring.

John Helton was, was a CFL All-Star and the winner of the Norm Fieldgate Trophy as the West Division’s top defensive player. Helton is also a Grey Cup Champion.

Bob Irving has been the voice of the Winnipeg Blue Bombers for more than 40 years as part of the 680 CJOB broadcast team.
